Bon Jovi To Play Free Show For Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism
Submitted by: Dana

How do you get tourists to return to the Gulf Coast? Have Brad Paisley and Bon Jovi headline free shows.

Presented by Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism, Bon Jovi performs on the beach at Gulf Shores Oct. 15th while Paisley is the main event Oct. 17th. Both shows are part of Alabama’s “Concerts For The Coast” series.

Plus, just to prove that timing is everything, both concerts take place during the annual "Thunder On The Gulf" powerboat races Oct. 12th-17th.

“We are thrilled to announce the addition of these two concerts that will enhance an exciting weekend that already features the return of our powerboat races,” said Herb Malone, president/CEO of Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism. “We are extremely pleased that fans will have a weekend filled with exciting race action and capped off with two nights of phenomenal beachside music.”

Although both concerts are free, you still need tickets. Tickets will be distributed through Gulf Shores and Orange Beach lodging partners beginning Sept. 8th and a limited number of tickets will be made available for area residents carrying government-issued local photo I.D.s.
