Grammys, Radio shows, more

2/2/10: Fun show on Sirius/XM last night with Scott Ian and Pearl in studio as well as Tim  Ripper Owens, Richard Christy and Brian Slagel. This Monday's satellite show will be all new but not live. I'm taking a short trip for a few days off in Vegas for the Super Bowl.

I am thrilled Judas Priest won a Grammy, but I just can not take this organization seriously when they give it to them for a live version of a 35 year old song! Priest is deserving for sure, but when they continue to be clueless on what they award Garmmys for its hard to give much stock to. But still, congrats to Priest and AC/DC. Of course these awards were not done live on TV, God for bid we have one last second of seeing Jay Z! Next to the R&R Hall, the Grammy's remain the most clueless when it comes to hard rock and metal.

Just got the first new music from Ratt. I'll spin it Friday night. Scott Ian and Pearl also in studio this Friday night for the Q104 show.
