Shot my pilot today for a brand new metal show for VH1 Classic. Had a great time! The set was killer, we had a live audience, and our special guest was Lita Ford who was awesome. Bumblefoot from G&R also dropped by and had a small part. This was the culmination of almost a year of work for me, pitching and developing it to get to what took place today. I was thrilled with the result and the network seemed real happy with what I did along with my co-hosts Jim Florentine and Don Jamieson. It was a fun hang with some really funny moments. We should know in a couple weeks if what we did today will air and if it will become a series. We are all hopeful but are now waiting for the folks at VH1 to give us the word. I'll keep you all posted of course when I know more. I'll also have some pictures with all of us from the set, which was really cool looking.
So busy this week I have not had time to update all areas of the site but there is cool video coming with Lita at my radio shows. Up now is a brand new interview I did with David Coverdale you can only see on this site! Much more coming as the new site continues to develop.
I will be at both Maiden shows this weekend at PNC Saturday and MSG Sunday.
